I wanted to tell you that the new show, on a Monday for f’s sake, was because I really really wanted the upcoming Saturday show to be #800, but, that’s not really true. Truth is, late last night I put on the Crosby/Lighthouse Band concert DVD since it finally came. (This is all explained in #798) I was awake for almost half. I woke up at 6 am today and in the pre-sunrise opened blinds streetlight decided I wanted to take the whole thing in. The second thought was, I must share this experience. And who better to share it with than you. Press record did I. It’s a 90+ minute show so set the time aside if you choose to listen. It’s best all at once. You really should own it. Third thought, after the fact, was that I refuse to be embarrased by my less than stellar presentation verbally. Especially on the closer, as even more bad January musical news came to my ticker’s doorstep. I loved WXRT’s
